I just wanted to thank you for the great customer service (which seems increasingly hard to find these days).  Shelley called and said she dove right into the chocolate.

… It was such a pleasure to talk to you yesterday and I thank you for taking care of my friend and making the transition to 50 easier to handle.  After all, chocolates make everything so much better.  When I checked my email today this is what my friend had to say:

The Hockey Basket you designed for the silent auction was a huge hit at the tournament this weekend. I think it was the highest bid item -- all the hockey kids wanted it (even beat out a Jarome Iginla limited edition print).

I would like to thank you for the AMAZING job on the basket that you created for me yesterday.  I have ordered several items from Calgary for various people and you have by far impressed me the most!  The package was beautiful & creative. You didn’t over charge me (this has happened many times in the past) and the item was delivered when you said it would.  The items were also not damaged (again, a first).

Next time a friend or myself needs a basket for any reason I WILL give them your name.
