A simple reminder for us in practicing kindness is as simple as being mindful of our words, not just to one another but to everyone we interact with.  Positive words encourage cognitive brain function. It has been said “that a single word has the power to influence the expression of genes that regulate physical emotion and stress”. So the more we say kind things to ourselves and one another, the more at peace we all will be 😊
