Part of the beauty of The Gift Designers experience is our In-House Courier service. In fact we don’t call our drivers couriers; they are our Ambassadors and Drivers Extraordinaire! For years we hired random couriers and, while they met a need that we had, they often didn’t represent The Gift Designers with the passion and pride of our employees. You can order knowing that your basket will be cared for from design to delivery. This passion and pride in our product is part of the full experience that The Gift Designers offers.

It was nerve wracking in the early days to hand off a beautiful basket not knowing how it would be treated between The Gift Designer’s doors and when it arrived in the recipient’s hands. No disrespect to the couriers who showed up, but they just didn’t have the same respect for the baskets as someone who had been a part of the complete design journey.

Being a part of this team means that you have bought into the company vision and value each step for a gift. We’ve seen the customer experience enhanced as they have been able to engage with our fantastic Ambassadors. It is incredibly comforting to know that each custom designed basket is going to be well taken care of. Each order is important to us and your experience both as our guest and as a recipient should be top notch!
