The man behind Master Chocolat does more than create the
fine quality treats for chocolate lovers. Bernard Callebaut pours his passion and tireless effort into creating unique chocolate experiences as Calgary’s very own father of chocolate.

Master is right. Bernard is one of the best! Bernard’s chocolates are works of art and you’d be hard pressed to pick a favourite. I was blown away when I researched all of the Master Chocolat products. Bernard has managed to combine two of my favourite things into a delicious treat: Gummy Bears and Chocolate, or Wine Gums and Chocolate! The varieties are quite impressive and you’re sure to find your preferred type with Dark, Milk, White Chocolate and even Vegan options offered.

I was surprized to see the amount of chocolate courses available. You can take part in a 3 hour class where you learn the history of different chocolate, chocolatier’s tricks and tips, as well as the secrets of tempering the chocolate. THE BEST PART?! You get to take home the chocolates you made!
