I’ve been working at The Gift Designers in some capacity for 17 years! My experience with cheese options was quite bland and TGD helped to grow and mature me. My world was blown open with cheese toppers, fresh deli cheese options, and how incredibly powerful pairings could be. Even my dad has grown his repertoire to appreciate the various “circle cheese” (Brie) creations I’ve perfected over the years.
