We guarantee your satisfaction.  While we do not provide exchanges or refunds on custom gifts, we do offer exchanges or in-house credits on our pre-designed themes. Please see our Returns & Replacement Policy Below.  If you are not fully satisfied with your gift package from The Gift Designers, please contact us. Your feedback is important to us.


Why do we need to call ahead?

It might feel like calling the recipient ahead of time eliminates the surprise, however, our goal is to ensure that your gift arrives in perfect form!  Not only does it reduce delivery fees for multiple attempts, but it allows us to ensure we have the correct residential address.  We also need to make arrangements for delivery for alcohol (someone 18 years of age needs to be there to sign for it) and temperature fragile items such as chocolate, fruit or cheese so it doesn’t sit on the front step unattended.

Important! When we call your Recipient to make arrangements we don’t tell them who the gift is from (unless they are super nervous … there are scams out there) which means we won’t ruin your surprise.  Instead, your Recipients now have something to look forward to!


Product Availability & Substitutions

We work hard to keep our shelves stocked with the products, containers and the brands profiled in each gift on this site.  However, we cannot always control supply/availability of product from our suppliers.  Therefore, substitutions may occur.  We reserve the right to make substitutions but promise to substitute with products of equal or greater value.

Returns & Replacements

We do not deliver gifts that fail to meet our exceptional design and product standards.  We have a No-Return policy on custom orders, but returns on pre-designed gifts can only be returned by the Purchaser and must be done within 14 days.  Additional delivery fees apply.  We will do our best to accommodate your request and re-design a gift for you OR an in-house credit will be provided for future use at The Gift Designers.
