Samara has been part of The Gift Designers’ team for three years. Samara wears some giant hats including Designer, Marketing & Communications Specialist, and more!

Samara’s favourite part of the job is laughing! No matter the task, Samara says, “our shop is such a fun place to be and it is beautiful that I get to laugh with my colleagues everyday”.

When asked a way that she’s grown through her work at The Gift Designers, Samara said, “I’ve grown in diligence and attention to detail all while learning to give myself grace in mistakes”.

A memorable moment for Samara involves, in her words, a “monumental mistake” during the holiday rush season. In the midst of her personal panic the team “lovingly told her to calm the heck down”!

I get to have a front row seat to Samara’s creativity, joy, and I am regularly inspired by her as we share in communications tasks.
