With the shift in weather my mind has also started to think about the holidays. While Noreen and some staff at The Gift Designers have had the holiday season on their minds since the summer, I get to take a more leisurely approach. I'll confess that while planning ahead for all the details that come with the holidays is not my forte I do eagerly anticipate the many moments with friends and family.
In the next few days I'll start making my lists for gifts, markets I'd like to visit, friends I need to connect with over the holidays, and favorite recipes with their list of needed supplies.
I have had a precious gift in my basement, saved up for a White Elephant gift exchange, for over 2 years now. It is just TOO PERFECT to not be featured and I'm thrilled that this year the event is back on the calendar!! (Pictures to follow once the surprise has been revealed!)
