I’m a fan of sweeter drinks year-round but when slushy styled drinks are on deck for the summer it’s the best! I found a great website with so many great cocktail options. What a great way to cool off on your patio and soak up this sunny season.

Frozen Pina Colada
- 1 pound or 3 heaping cups frozen pineapple chunks
- ¾ cup white rum
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ½ tablespoon maple syrup or simple syrup (optional)
