Brisket, Lamb, Chicken, Fish, Smokies, Corn on the Cob, Burgers and more! You’ve heard about my Mom’s baking but Dad is really getting a reputation for his efforts on the BBQ and more recently his Smoker. It’s certainly an art to master the smoker and it’s been tasty to enjoy all of the culinary experimentation over the years.
Some of my favourite moments have been enjoying the summer in my parents’ backyard. Supper sizzling on the BBQ, enjoying some raspberries, and just soaking up the mellow time together outside.
