Now, more than ever, there is significant importance in coming alongside one another to strengthen and build up. Encouragement is a beautiful gift that benefits both the giver and receiver. As an offering encouragement invigorates, increases confidence, provides needed guidance, hope, support, and help. The gift of encouragement is free of cost to the giver. Here are some great ways you can offer encouragement to someone who may need it.

Speak it out. Our words are both powerful and life giving. A simple word of encouragement to someone who may find themselves in despair, can be the catalyst in a shift of perspective that altets their circumstance for the better.

Write it out. Not all of us hold the boldness required to talk to just anyone. There is something to be said about taking the time to give a handwritten note. There is something so kind and romantic in the gesture that itself can instantly lift the spirits of the recipient before they even read the message inside.

Offer help. We are all human and someone we just need and hand up!

Give. At the very core in the heart of The Gift Designers lies an incredible desire to give. Giving offers an expression of encouragement that is marked by sentiment and time. We find giving to be significantly impactful for both the giver and the receiver and thus we encourage everyone to do so as often as they can. It doesn’t necessarily have to be anything extravagant or expensive, but something simple can have a massive effect on the heart of one who needs it.
