I personally wonder what it is like for men to grow up and become fathers. The notion that men carry  parental instinct throughout their lives is not something that is typically talked about. I mean, most of the boys I know spent their days in activities or games that were at times very questionable and had no correlation to parenthood whatsoever. Whether it was sports or rough housing outside with their friends, playing video games, or playing with action figures, did we really see any evidence of boys becoming successful parents? However, here at TGD, we choose to be optimistic, so we believe that those boys who become fathers evolve into the most incredible humans and here are a few reasons why!

Fathers Value Safety and Comfort! They pay attention to the details to make sure their precious little baby and baby’s mommy are safe and comfortable. Yay Papa Bear 😊

Fathers Become Responsible in Every Way! That innate sense of being a protector and provider kicks right in when that baby comes, and they start thinking quite clearly about life and how to cultivate the best for their family.

Parenting is a Team Effort and Dad is the MVP! Dads can often come in clutch, right at the point when Mom is exhausted, frustrated, just wants a shower and a nap. Tag, you’re it’s your turn😉

All That Playing Growing up Makes Them the BEST Playmates for Your Kids! Dad is legit the “play expert” at this point and there is no better companion for our kiddos. Who else would toss them in the air and catch them? Dad.

While we ladies may not be able to imagine what it would be like to grow from boyhood to fatherhood, we can sure appreciate the significance. We appreciate our dads so very much. Whether you are father to our children or father to us, please know, you are immensely needed, appreciated, and loved. We wish to give you the world for all that you do but alas, we will resolve to expressing our affections one small token, one gift at a time!
