Dads will always see their daughters as daddy’s princess, pumpkin, or simply his little girl. There is a special place in Heaven for fathers who have been graced with the patience to raise little girls. From tutus to soccer cleats, from hair and make up to pricy shopping trips, from friendship drama to coping with heartbreak, our “Girl Dads” are doing a remarkable job at being fearlessly present for their girls and we could not be more proud! Here are a few reasons why the daddy-daughter bond is so special:

With her Father’s God-given instinct to protect, girls everywhere can bravely conquer the world, knowing that their lion of a father is behind them 10000000% Dad has always been her hero. Dad has always been her protector. There is somethings extraordinarily special about the way a dad has his daughter’s back through any and everything.

Despite not knowing how to manage the rollercoaster of emotions that she will go through in her life, dad tries. He actually tries really hard. Dad is the greatest shoulder to cry on. Even if he cannot fix it, he is still dad and that is enough.

On that note, father’s have a profound influence on how a woman feels she ought to be treated. Fathers who are diligent in encouraging, supporting, and being present for their daughter will see the fruit of their relationship manifest in her future relationships.
