It feels like the month of July blew by really fast. A typically busy month with so many events and festivities to engage in, do we think we cram as much summer fun as we can into the first of a two-month season? If that is the case, we thoroughly hope you have enjoyed every minute of it. We were delighted to see so many of you investing quality time in your relationships, the spread of joy, the festivities and all of the beautiful things that July brought to our beautiful city. So continue to cram away and get in all of the fun you can!

Moving into August, we hope to see more of the same: an investment of quality time in your relationships. Whether that looks like more time spent with family or hosting friends, and maybe even colleagues, for backyard shenanigans at home, please take the time to strengthen those relationships most dear to you. During one of our Feature Friday interviews this past month, one of our guests expressed a most impactful quote by Rory Vaden, “Build relationships before you need them”. What an insightful statement that can be carried and applied to all relationship types.

Relationships can be easily taken for granted and yet are so critical to the journey of everyday life that we can’t afford to. Of course here at The Gift Designers, we advocate for giving as a means of building, fostering, and strengthening, but it also takes desire and effort. A gift will go a long way, but it’s also your thoughtfulness and time spent that make a great impact. As we move into the month of August we wish to continue to be not only your hands extended but also your inspiration for memorable moments. Cheers to summer!
